We had a smooth and comfortable experience in the clinic for a visit with Dr. Bodker. The team was kind and efficient, and Dr. Bodker himself was warm, professional, and complete in his evaluation and discussion with us about his findings. The team also quickly facilitated a referral for us to another specialist that was on short notice - thank you so much, Team Bodker!

Appointment was on time and did not have to wait. Dr. Bircher as always was pleasant and explained details of my visit so that I could understand my condition.

Everyone I have encountered at this clinic has been professional, courteous & friendly. Dr. Biggerstaff is wonderful. She explains what she’s doing & readily answers questions. I felt comfortable with every step through my cataract exam to surgery to post op.

Both Doctors and surgery center are in the same building. Prompt reception and appointment time.

Excellent

Dr Bircher office did an annual examination. I was very impressed with her assistant who checked me in and did some testing. I am so happy Dr Bircher is my doctor as she is very efficient, caring, takes her time and answers all my questions and concerns. She is a true professional all the way I would recommend her very highly. I was also very happy to see that they have a machine that test your eyes so you don’t have to have your eyes dilated.

I was not looking for a walk-in eye exam. Friends' referrals helped me choose KC Eye. The entire experience was professional, kind, and pleasant.
The office was meticulously clean.
The tech that I started off with (dental student) was confident he knew what he was doing. He explained things, smiled a lot, and was very personable.
I will tell everyone about this office. I have found my long term eye care experts.

Dr. O’Connell was my ophthalmologist for 26 years. I would be blind but for her. Besides being one of the best in KC, she is caring and personable. We have been together through multiple surgeries and specialty treatments. I have recommended her to family and friends many times. She provided decades of professional medical services to me. I didn’t trust my vision to anyone else. She and KC Eye Clinic are a blessing.
Now Dr. Biggerstaff has taken the practice. She is fantastic too. She listens and empathizes, and is medically excellent. I trust her to keep my vision health as good as it can be.
Dr. Nichols has been there this whole time too. He’s the best optometrist I’ve ever seen.
Together with all their wonderful support staff, they make KC Eye Clinic the best vision practice around. I would it trust my vision to any other team.
