All staff was very professional and friendly.

Very thorough and friendly service.

We arrived five minutes before our schedule appointment, waited another 15 minutes before being called in to examine. We finished in about 1 hour.

Short wait to see the Optometrist! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tech prior to her was also very friendly and helpful.

Everyone I have encountered at this clinic has been professional, courteous & friendly. Dr. Biggerstaff is wonderful. She explains what she’s doing & readily answers questions. I felt comfortable with every step through my cataract exam to surgery to post op.

Both Doctors and surgery center are in the same building. Prompt reception and appointment time.

KC Eye Clinic has been great! Highly recommend.

Dr. O’Connell was my ophthalmologist for 26 years. I would be blind but for her. Besides being one of the best in KC, she is caring and personable. We have been together through multiple surgeries and specialty treatments. I have recommended her to family and friends many times. She provided decades of professional medical services to me. I didn’t trust my vision to anyone else. She and KC Eye Clinic are a blessing.
Now Dr. Biggerstaff has taken the practice. She is fantastic too. She listens and empathizes, and is medically excellent. I trust her to keep my vision health as good as it can be.
Dr. Nichols has been there this whole time too. He’s the best optometrist I’ve ever seen.
Together with all their wonderful support staff, they make KC Eye Clinic the best vision practice around. I would it trust my vision to any other team.

My experiences at Kansas City Eye Clinic have been nothing but positive. Dr. Oly and his team are outstanding. Their professionalism and caring concern gives my a confidence that my eyesight is in good hand. It is SO easy to schedule appointments and I have never had a long wait time. While the field of vision test is not my favorite, their state of the art equipment (virtual reality) make it a little more enjoyable. I love how they keep the latest equipment that gives me great confidence in their treatment. Five stars to them!!
