Very clean office. Staff is extremely friendly. Received paperwork via text to fill out prior to my appointment, which was easy to follow and complete. The secretary thanked us for having our paperwork done, asked us to have a seat, and within 3 minutes we were back seeing the doctor. Overall, very good experience.

I have Keratoconus and Glacoma in 1 eye after years of steroid drops after 3 corneal transplants in my right eye by Dr. Cavanaugh so Dr. 5-26Ohly is treating my right for Glacoma but 7-15-26 i accidentally rubbed my itchy good left eye & ripped my cornea. Dr. Megan H. was on call & was kind enough to see me 7-17 & called in a Rx for my rleft eye. I'm grateful & after not seeing no contacts for 8 days I can now wear my contacts & see out of left eye. 6 month follow up visit with KC Eye Clinic, Dr. Ohly. This visit included baseline high resolution pictures of each eye. I have been a patient of the KC Eve Clinic for 30+ years. I have received excellent care from this group of Doctors.

Dr. O'Connell and her staff are gentle in performing detailed eye exams. Their machines are up to date. They keep machines and exam room clean and disinfected. I appreciate the way Dr. O'Connell educates me regarding my eye issues by showing me the images taken over the last 9 years. My prescription has kept my eye conditions under control. Very friendly, professional, expert care.

I have been a customer/patient at the KC Eye Clinic for more than 30 years. I believe in and trust the doctors, nurses and technicians who have cared for and treated both myself and family members over that time. In July this year my regular eye exam revealed significant cataracts in both eyes. The surgeries were timely and efficient. The sight in each eye was very significantly improved. The procedure almost totally painless. Dr Biggerstaff and the whole staff made it as easy as possible. The follow -up with Dr Rebecca Nichols was thorough and timely and informative. Dr. Megan Haghnegahdar is the best. My eye was in a bad way when I was referred to her and I can say she did everything to make my eye better. She is very nice and I felt at ease from my first appointment. All the staff from the ladies who checked me in, the ladies that assisted the doctor and the ladies who checked me out were great! I highly recommend the Kansas City Eye Clinic, you won’t be disappointed.
